Kindly take note of the below terms and conditions when ordering with Penmark.

  • The terms apply to all purchases made online and agreement thereof is constituted by the use of and/or registration on the website. Should there be any questions or concerns regarding the terms and conditions as set out, please feel free to contact Penmark at your convenience via the Contact us page.
  • Registration to our site is at no charge and is mandatory when wanting to order through our site.
  •  Registration and payment will require that certain personal information is provided which is/will be protected as per the Privacy Policy defined herein.
  • Products depicted as images on the website may vary in colour from computer display to computer display due to differences in display technology and how colours may be represented
  • For all delivery and returns please refer to that section in the contact us tab, this will specify all terms and details you may need to know.
  • We as Penmark reserve the right to change pricing without prior notice, without incurring any liability whatsoever.
  • Kindly note we cannot guarantee availability of stock, and our stock levels do change frequently, however we will always try our best to ensure are stock levels maintain a certain level, we will manufacture your stock as efficiently as possible should that be required.
  • Penmark will contact the customer based on the information provided at registration and offer either the option to cancel the order or provide alternatives if applicable.
  • Should any orders be cancelled, a full refund will be made via EFT, but only given the customer supplies a valid bank confirmation letter giving full refund details
  • Occasionally the site will offer special promotions that may be subject to availability over a specific period and certain conditions.

Orders

  • All orders placed via the website will be considered as an offer to purchase the ordered product and will be subjected to the terms and conditions as defined herein.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to the clients email address with the details of the products that have been ordered including an order reference number used for tracking purposes.
  • Acceptance and confirmation of delivery will only be completed once the full payment for the ordered product has been confirmed via the payment process as specified herein.
  • Please take note of our product lead times specified in the product description when placing orders.

Payments

  • If payments are cancelled for any reason, or the payment method is terminated or deemed not to be valid.
  • All payments are required to be done through our payfast option.
  • Only once confirmation of payment is received by Penmark will the order be processed and prepared for delivery. Order processing will be subject to a first come first served basis, and no reservation of any product will be permitted unless arrangements are made after payments for delayed deliveries at the discretion of the client, which must be clearly stipulated under Special Instructions, at the time of placing the order.

Risk and Ownership

  • Risk in the Products shall pass to the client by acceptance of the Products by your authorised representative on delivery.

Delivery

  • All online purchases are delivered to your address specified through our appointed courier service.
  • A standard delivery fee of R200 for your ordered placed nationwide.
  • To ensure delivery is done correctly, full physical address must be provided at checkout. Once your parcel is collected from our premises you will be send an email with your parcel tracking number from our designated courier service.
  • Once collected from our premises and your tracking email is received will your parcel be delivered to you, delivery should roughly take 3-5 working days once collected from our premises.
  • Should your product need to be manufactured a longer lead time for full completion of order may apply, however we will notify you of this.

Returns

  • We stand behind the quality of our products and will accept returns, provided the following conditions are met:
  • All returns are dropped off at our designated location as per collection
  • We are contacted within 7 days of the goods being received the product has not been used, washed, damaged or soiled in any way and that it is still in its original packaging.
  • Custom-made items: Since each order is made to your individual specifications, we cannot accept any returns for any reason other than a manufacturing defect.
  • When contacting us regarding a return, please include your order number and reason for return on the correspondence.
  • As per the Consumer Protection Act (2011), customers are permitted to return goods within a period of 7 days as mentioned above, in the case of a manufacturing defect. Penmark reserves the right to have the product returned to us for inspection before a replacement is sent.
